Terms of Sale Updated October 25, 2026 Paw & Letter sells personalized products made from the design you approve. Product images are examples or digital mockups. Review your photo, portrait, selected product, size, color, crop, and placement before adding it to your bag. AI results may differ from the original photo. Screen colors, print colors, materials, and product dimensions may vary within the product's stated tolerances. No exact likeness or result is guaranteed. You must have permission to use the photos, names, and other material you submit. Do not submit unlawful material or content that infringes another person's rights. You permit Paw & Letter and the service providers involved to process that material as needed to provide previews, fulfill your order, and handle related support. You remain responsible for your submitted content and delivery information. The checkout shows the selected products, currency, shipping charges, and any separately calculated tax before payment. An order is subject to successful payment, availability, and acceptance. A pricing or availability error may require correction, cancellation, or a refund as applicable. Printify and its print providers produce and ship physical products under their own terms. Delivery estimates, when shown, are estimates; separate products may arrive separately. Made-to-order products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns or changes after production starts. See our Returns & Order Issues policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, the store and previews are provided as available without additional warranties, and responsibility for a product issue is limited to an appropriate remedy for the affected order.
