Returns & Order Issues Each product is personalized for your order. Check the artwork, crop, size, color, quantity, and delivery address before paying. A change or cancellation request may not be possible after production starts. Change-of-mind returns for personalized products are not generally offered, except where applicable law requires them. If an item arrives damaged, is misprinted, or differs from the order you approved, contact us through the store's contact page with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. Do not send an item back without return instructions. The available remedy depends on the issue, order record, provider requirements, and applicable law; it may include a replacement or refund. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
